Mike Phelan
Mike is Thompson-Phelan Group’s President and has
been a principal in the firm since 1987. In addition to his management
responsibilities, Mike excels in the budgeting and estimating
aspects of project management.
John Schwark
As the registered Chief Architect and a principal in the firm since 1990, John brings
experience in architectural practice to his role. Besides architecture, he has
been integral to many aspects of the company, including project management and
sales.
John Fountain
John has been a very effective contributor to Thompson-Phelan Group's Project Consultant team since 1985, is the firm’s Vice President of Sales, and holds expertise in the solution-based design-and-build tenets of the financial institution industry. John became a principal of the firm in 2007.
Dennis Phelan
Dennis began his career in construction supervision, moving into
project management, and then into his current consultant role.
This “hands on” experience has enhanced his ability
to deliver the quality product Thompson-Phelan Group clients have
come to expect.
David Austin
The Ohio and Michigan markets are the focus of David’s work
for Thompson-Phelan Group. He has expertise in all aspects of
financial institution expansion, including a background in De
Novo charters and branches, branch feasibility studies, mergers,
and acquisitions.
