CSB Bank, (formerly Capac State Bank), a long-time repeat client of Thompson-Phelan Group, has entered a new market with this warm and welcoming branch office. While the bank's other facilities share a family "look" the bank decided its latest structure needed to make a lasting impact.
The building's stone-clad tower is its main feature. Currently, it rises dramatically over local farmland, but it will remain distinctive in the future when a large "lifestyle" shopping center rises on the adjacent property. TPG also planned the shopping center development as part of an intensive planning and governmental approval effort.
Brought in from outside, CSB Bank's interior carries on the warm, inviting, and contemporary feel with deep wood tones and stone accents. A large multipurpose community room is a unique functional feature of the building.
