MacDonald Library Kids' Ribbon Cutting On May 22, we attended the Kids' Ribbing Cutting event at MacDonald Public Library in downtown New Baltimore. Thompson-Phelan Group had just wrapped up this exciting expansion and renovation project located right in our own backyard. Library Expansion Begins It was "shovels all around" in New Baltimore, Michigan, for the groundbreaking ceremony for MacDonald Public Library. Library board members, city officials, and guests posed with ceremonial shovels to kick off construction of their expansion project. Thompson-Phelan Group designed and is constructing this much-needed addition to the city's library. The project includes a new facade for the whole building, better reflecting its location in downtown New Baltimore's Historic District.

New Bank Branch Starts ChoiceOne Bank, based in Sparta, Michigan, held a groundbreaking ceremony on October 8. The occasion marked start-up of construction on their new branch office in Newaygo, Michigan. This facility will incorporate the branded design we have used for their Alpine and Plainfield Township branches. John Fountain and George Sommers represented Thompson-Phelan Group at the event.
